No. They'll go to Jersey because Rutgers fans will fill that place up. They won't have to call on 40,000+ PSU fans to fill their stadium like Pitt would to fill the Big Ketchup Bottle.

The teams are scheduled to meet September 13, 2014 at Rutgers and September 12, 2015 in Beaver Stadium.

At Rutgers and home in 2015.

Rutgers will also not make PSU fans buy a three game package of tickets at a trumped up cost in order to get tickets to the PSU game. You know, tactics like Pitt has done in the past.

Why should Pitt let PSU fans just buy ONE ticket to a game at Heinz Field? It's a marketing thing, like the Penn State-Illinois season ending basketball game at the BJC where it was buy one ticket get one free. you remember. That was right before about 5,000 showed up for a round one home game vs George Mason in the NIT.

Rutgers will also soon leave the academic powerhouses of WVU and Pitt to join the Big Ten, leaving Pitt once again in the dust like those 3 other colleges did. That's just too bad. When the only decent academic institution leaves the BE (Rutgers) the conference will scramble for academic decency and find absolutely no bidders. Soon the BE as a football identity will collapse and Pitt will beg Temple to help them get in the MAC.
