Because of a plea bargain, Scott Paxson was found guilty of the less serious crimes of indecent assault AND aggravated indecent assault, instead of the more serious sexual assault felony. The crime took place in December 2004, but that did not keep Paterno from playing him in the Capitol One Bowl on January 1, 2005. By the time Paxson paid his fine for the above mentioned crimes, he was out of school. Paterno was off the hook and got what he wanted from the situation, not reprimanding a guilty kid and letting him help his teammates play in a bowl game.

Can't possibly be true. There's no way he would sexually assault a woman because no woman could possible resist Scott Paxson.
