If this game was brought back I would say Pitt would have a chance of winning one game every 5 years. I am a PITT fan but also a realist. I am not a Paterno fan but the guy keeps winning. Also, I hope Bowden loses those 14 wins and Paterno becomse all-time winngest coach hands down. I just don't understand this money thing. You would fill heinz field and it is a win win for both universities. Does the Pitt adminstration want this game back on the schedule? Wouldn't Joe Pa want this game back? Why doesn't our govenor step in and see what could be done. If Obama can get a committe together to look at having a major college playoff system, why can't Rendell look into this.

Simple enough answer...it doesn't have anything to do with corrupt politics or Philadelphia. If Joe Manchin can get the Marshall vs. WVU game back on their schedules Rendell could try.
