Roman in at Westmont

A problem I have is when everyone says he left because it's the best for his family, why then did he leave Westmont in the first place? He took a chance of losing his job to coach at Johnstown. You can't honestly think his job in Westmont was safe when he quit coaching there and started coaching here.

Westmont will announce Jr. this week as the head coach. I also heard he will be the assistant athletic director as well

I wish Coach the best in his "new" position. Will make the JHS - WH game very interesting indeed.
Is the Assistant AD job the big job anouncement? I certainly hope not. I know they have a new AD at WH . A friend of mine was going to put in, but when he found out the pay was less than 4 grand decided against it. That being said, I bet the Asst. makes much less. I did hear he got the bball job, but he would be nuts to be the Asst. Ad. I hear his other job will be too time consuming to possibly do both.
I could be wrong though...I was wrong about him leaving afterall.

So let me get this straight....Roman resigns from Jtown because of a new job job and citing more family time. A few weeks later he is going to be named the head coach at Westmont?

What about the new job and family time now?? Was Roman just being politically correct in his statement to the Trib Dem? I am not sure how he can resign for those reasons only to reapply at Westy.

8) Westmot has always had a policy that a Varsity Head Coach could not be an Athletic Director. Another backroom deal I guess. Wonder if the "Bald Guy" had anything to do with it?????

Roman isn't the Athletic Director or Assistant Athletic Director.
