Re: Morgan to the Nats...
Hanrahan finally added a W to his win column yesterday. The only problem was that it was in a win for the Nationals. In a rain delayed make up game, Hanrahan picked up the W. Guess who scored the game winning run for the Nats? If you guessed Nyjer Morgan, you got it right.

Re: Morgan to the Nats...
They gave up garbage looking for a gem, a couple years ago everyone was like why are the Reds trading for a guy that had a bad attitude in addition to a drug problem, that worked out pretty well for them and he is in Texas now Josh Hamilton!

Re: Morgan to the Nats...
That's not true, palerider. Hamilton was taken in the Rule 5 Draft by the Reds after he did not play in the Majors for two seasons. He was not traded for by the Reds, so you're statement is simply not true. He was traded to the Rangers from the Reds, but the Rangers gave up Edinson Volquez in that trade, whom went 17-6 with a 3.21 ERA last season and had 206 strikeouts. So no one was ever asking why the Reds traded for Josh Hamilton because it didn't happen.

Im not sure I can ever take anything serious from a guy that has a Detroit Lions helmet beside his name.

Re: Morgan to the Nats...
The Pirates announced today that they would prefer not to trade Wilson and Sanchez as they look to sign them both to extensions. I am surprised that they would decide to do this. They want to keep guys that are in the last year of their contracts, but trade guys away that have 3 years left on their deals. I think it would be a wise decision to keep Freddy Sanchez, but I'm not so sure why they would keep Jack Wilson.

My bad I got mixed up. They need to trade them both but it will be hard to move Jumpin Jack cuz of his salary. Lets start over again with young fresh talent, including EY Junior.
PS, Whats wrong with the Lions helmet?

Eric Young, Jr. looks very talented. I don't know if there's such a thing as a can't miss prospect, but he has to be about as close as there is to one.
