Did a 4-star DE pick Pitt over PSU today?
Of course not.
Rivals' 4-star DE Dakota Royer from Manheim Central commitz to dem Nitz. I think he's a 3-star on Scout.
"My number two school would be a tough choice between Pitt and Notre Dame. It wasn't very close, though, Penn State is where I belong."
