LeGarrett Blount

Post by ham55 »

I don't think this happens nearly enough.

First off, you won the game. You did the one thing that hurt the most. What did you thinking getting one last word in would accomplish?

Other than getting knocked on your @$$, not much.

Did anybody notice how Boise State's coach reacted to the situation? He was instantly pi$$ed at HIS kid. He didn't even pursue Blount.

The media will play this as Blount as the villain, but who's really to blame here? Both parties. There was an instigator and a retaliator. Both were wrong. One just happened to catch a knuckle sandwich for being a dumba$$.

Agree. Both players were totally classless. Both teams were average at best. Good teams from good programs don't act that way. Could you imagine a Penn State player punching an OSU player after the game or vice versa? Never would happen. The Big 10 might not be able to win BCS games, but at least our top programs are classy.

Why was Boise "average at best"?

Average high school teams can take a center-qb exchange and not fumble away chances at blowing out Oregon. Likewise, if Oregon had not shot themselves in the foot over and over again, they had a chance at winning the game. It was a ugly game that ended even uglier.

How come Blount gets suspended for ONE punch, and an entire group of Penn State players break into some students apartment and beat the living **** out of some kids and nothing happens. And one kid was even hit over the head with a beer bottle. What gives?
