Our Green Czar
Our Green Czar
With arrogance rapidly becoming the key identifier of all things Obama, his "green jobs" czar, Van Jones stands out as an especially adept practitioner.
Whether it is his attempted silencing of conservative television commentators, his bottom-feeding in the mythical pond of sustainable green jobs or his declaration that he is a communist, Jones is the prototypical Obama revolutionary, committed, vulgar, unrestrained by ethical concerns and an unapologetic communist.
Challenged by a not-so-surprisingly lilly-white coven of Marxists in a recent address to fellow travelers in Berkeley, CA, as to why the pace of legislative change coming out of the Obama administration is so slow [by revolutionary standards one must assume] Jones stated that the GOP got things done because, "Republicans are assholes."
Since the pushback against Jones' radicalism, lefties in and out of the Obama administration have actively engaged in attempting to creating a less threatening image. Unfortunately for Jones, his words exist forever in cyberspace, a constant warning that team Obama's political ideology is far more radical and Marxist tinged, than many are willing to contemplate.......A bit more background: Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement (STORM), the revolutionary group formed by self-described “communist” and “rowdy black nationalist” Van Jones, held a vigil in Oakland, California, “mourning the victims of U.S. imperialism around the world” on the night after Sept. 11, 2001.

Re: Our Green Czar
It's Friday afternoon and he is still a member of the Obama administration. Hmmmm!

Re: Our Green Czar
It is Sunday morning and he has resigned. Why did it take so long Congressman. This stuff is going on right under your nose. You have failed us.

Re: Our Green Czar
Because of the unusual hour of the release, you won't find the Van Jones resignation story in most Sunday newspapers.....And Monday, of course, is a holiday. They could not have picked a better hour to release his resignation to attract as little notice as possible. Just got to love it, eh? This was a racist nut job. Many more incompetent bastards in this administration need to go. Unfortunately; the czars don’t have to undergo congressional scrutiny. The silver lining is that Obama’s bad judgment is laid bare for all to see. He has no one to blame but himself for all his radical czars. Jones' plan for using green jobs as a Trojan horse for socialism was EXACTLY why they hired him in the first place. I'm sure MSNBC or Cuba will hire him. Remember Vman ranting about all of Barry's associations?? Here is a pre-election post:
Associations are very different from alliances. Allies are not just people who happen to be where you are or who happen to be doing the same things you do. You choose allies deliberately for a reason. The kind of allies you choose says something about you.
Jeremiah Wright, Father Michael Pfleger, William Ayers, and Antoin Rezko are not just people who happened to be at the same place at the same time as Barack Obama. They are people with whom he chose to ally himself for years, and with some of whom some serious money changed hands.
Some gave political support, and some gave financial support, to Obama’s election campaigns, and Obama in turn contributed either his own money or the taxpayers’ money to some of them. That is a familiar political alliance — but an alliance is not just an “association” from being at the same place at the same time.
Obama could have allied himself with all sorts of other people. But, time and again, he allied himself with people who openly expressed their hatred of America. The story of Obama’s political career is not a pretty story. He won his first political victory by being the only candidate on the ballot — after hiring someone skilled at disqualifying the signers of opposing candidates’ petitions, on whatever technicality he could come up with.
Despite his words today about “change” and “cleaning up the mess in Washington,” Obama was not on the side of reformers who were trying to change the status quo of corrupt, machine politics in Chicago and clean up the mess there. Obama came out in favor of the Daley machine and against reform candidates.
Senator Obama is running on an image that is directly the opposite of what he has been doing for two decades. His escapes from his past have been as remarkable as the great escapes of Houdini.
