Watching Paterno roam the sideline aimlessly with hands in his pocket, staring into space is downright sad. I never see headphones on him, and rarely see him interact with the players or assistants.

He appears to be in a daze or a stupor, and wanders around looking confused and almost like an Alzheimer's patient.

I actually cringe when I listen to his incoherent, rambling press conferences where he repeats himself and often just mumbles. Then, when any reporters bring up player decorum, or any other thing negative about PSU off the field, Paterno gets angry, just like a senile old man, avoids the questions. It's like he's losing his mind when this happens.

The man should be enjoying his retirement on a golf course or beach somewhere instead of embarassing himself and the university.

Wait you watch Paterno's press conferences? Is it safe to say you follow Penn State?

Anyone who lives in the Altoona region and watches ch. 10 or 6 is going to see at least bits and pieces of his press conference on the news. They also show highlights of their games and alot of the highlights have him roaming the sidelines looking lost. Plus the Altoona mirror usually puts his press conf. in as well. So you dont have to follow them or love them to see jokepa roam and see his press conf.'s.

We could spin and twist everything everybody says on here if we wanted. I mean some die hard nitters have some good stats on Pitt and Wanny. Should we now say they all follow Pitt and love Wanny?

I have absolutely no idea what Wanny says in his press conferences to be honest nor do I care. I really don't even read anything written in the paper about them.

I definitely have after I looked them up when Penn State has been called out to defend them. Do I read Wanny Books, tune into Press Conferences, read game recaps? Nope.

Yep you're right. My homework does not consist of reading a book about Dave Wannstadt on my vacation, watching his press conferences, researching his players run ins with the law, typing them daily, reaseaching conferences. I don't care enough about Pitt to take PITT 101.

It's funny how you can't see that the majority of the posts ares started here are about Penn State football by Pitt Fans. Then, Pitt fans talking about Reading books on vacation about Paterno. Seriously before you start talking think a little. How many posts on here start regarding Pitt football/Big East being a joke? Not many because Psu fans don't care until it's brought up.
