Seems to me that joke team has beaten McCort in the past and they have to adhere to non recruiting rules that differ from McCorts.Thus a public school is going to have ups and downs ,they can't reload like the privates.A school like McCort dropping into class A (small school) was about as big a joke as there is.Hey we're an allstar team lets move down,that makes sense. Play AAA or AAAA ,then see how good your precious team is!

Kinda makes his argument true, if he indeed is an independent observer of the local sports scene. I mean he can't be griping about McCort based on playing a team he is a fan of, right?

Do you believe everything your read and hear? I hope not. My question is, why does he care? He's entitled to his opinion and that's fine. My point being is that it doesn't affect him at all in the grand scheme of things. He referenced the feeder system McCort has and that other schools don't have that. Really? What are public elementary and middle schools then?

Abortion doesn't affect me in the grand scheme of things either, but I sure have an opinion of it. He sees what he thinks is an injustice in local sports and has decided to draw attention to it.. You know, level the playing field.

I see the validity in your argument, but come on man, it's high school sports. It's not like we're talking Roe v. Wade here. Regardless, as I said, everyone is entitled to their opinion and that's fine (even you Moldy). Bishop McCort doesn't care what one guy said, I can tell you that much. But until there are substantial facts given and evidence provided, all the editorial does is serve as jumping off point for discussion. Maybe the PIAA will take notice, maybe they won't. Who knows.

Why does every post turn into a post about how McCort is the best team on earth. My idea is, whomever makes it further in the playoffs, will be the better team. I am talking about FH and BM. There will always be speculation, from now until the end of time, who has the better team. 50 years from now two old guys will be sitting at a bar arguing about who has the better team. Let's face it, FH has the DEFENSE and OFFENSE. BM has somewhat of an offense, But if ya can't score ya can't win.

BM could be AAAAAAAAAA and still have only lost 2 regular season games (by 4 pts) in 4 years!

FH has the DEFENSE and OFFENSE. BM has somewhat of an offense...

Have you followed the LHAC at all this year?

BM has mercy-ruled all but two opponents this season, scoring almost 400 pts in 9 games, "somewhat of an offense"??? While FH has mustered 300-for 4th in the LHAC.

As far as defense, BM has allowed twice as many points as FH, but half of them have been to the second/third/fourth string in the 4th quarter, so they are no slouches on that end.

Not if they played a schedule of AAA and AAAA schools.Play a schedule like altoona or state college and see how you fair.Seems to me alot of the McCort people on here turn their nose up at the ICC, west pac and district 5 teams.Fact is these conferences are composed mostly of true small schools who don't recruit.Remarks from an arrogant recruiting school in a small school classification upset quite a few public supporters in a hurry.
