The LHAC has won 6 of the 10 AA district titles in the last decade. The other winners: Northern Cambria, Bishop Guilfoyle, Bellwood, and Bald Eagle. Not too surprising though since the LHAC has more AA teams than other conferences. The other bigger AA conference (mountain) isn't traditionally strong in boys basketball. And then the Heritage and ICC are mostly A with a AA school here and there.
It will be interesting to see how the playoffs go since the LHAC has been itself down this year. It doesn't necessarily look like there are any other d6 powerhouses out there though...

Heights did beat them but with their shooting guards. This year they have only Vescovi. Heights was also ranked #1 and mount union was 9th. We'll see how this bracket turns, it's anyones game due to CC and heights on the same side.
