Bedford vs Pen Argyl-

Wow, I was down to this and Bedford took some serious lumps. The kid Maust wrestled was a 9th grader and really tough. PA was tough throughout the lineup though. They dominated the match from the beginning. Thomas did look good against Welsh. It was a very dominating 3-0 win.

Matchups are crazy though. Saucon pounds FH, PA pounds Bedford. Then Bedford beat Saucon Valley and FH gives PA a real run for it. The way teams match up can really make a match.

Looks like Bedford gets Ridgeway tonight. For a chance to wrestle tomorrow. 8 teams now left.

Good season FH congrats.

Ridgedad can now officially celebrate. Bedford has been eliminated.
Bedford had a nice dual season and really over acheived in my opinion. They just had to many holes in the lineup to compete at the state level. Out of the 12 teams at Hershey Bedford prob. was 8 or 9 best. I look for a Schyukill/Reynolds final.

No celebrating at all. Bedford had a real nice season and should be proud. But reading the Gazette this morning, it seems they may have got away with one against Saucon.

Believe it not, I don't hope for Bedford to lose at that level, but I will never miss an opportunity to bust on you.

haha. I don't believe it!! Not for one second. You have never rooted for Bedford and never will!! But that's ok. It makes it more fun for me to bust you for that.

BTW... I am still waiting for the answer to the question I asked you earlier??

Congratulations to both teams!!! Outstanding year. Here's hoping for good health and luck going into the individual part of the season. I expect alot of medals from both Districts 5 and 6 to be coming back from Hershey. Forest Hills came out entirely too flat in the morning to wrestle Saucon Valley. There were a few bright spots in the match, but overall, the Rangers were lethargic and didn't looked prepared to wrestle. However, later in the day (against Pen Argyl), Forest Hills wrestled outstanding and put themselves in a position to have a chance for the win going into the last match.

Not making excuses, 'cause I wasn't there, but it seems to me, "more often than not", (except for beating BM in the season-opening football scrimmage,) that it's kind of tough to get psyched up to perform at peak early on a Saturday morning, any school, any sport.
It ain't over until it's over.
