Did he fail a grade after 8th? PIAA rules state that you only get 4 consecutive years after the 8th grade to use. The other rule is that you can't be 19 before July 1st of the upcoming school year. Do any of these apply in this situation?

Hoopsters you got it backwards...Eddins is the one with grade and eligibility issues and he comes off the bench as the best player. Mark Watson the Sophomore PG who was 2nd in scoring was at the competition.
