In these hard economic times, when families are struggling to pay their school taxes, shame on the University of Pittsburgh for trying to bankrupt a local school district here in Ohio for using a likeness of their Panther logo.

You would think that Pitt would be thankful for the nearly $20 million in increased revenue generated from their upcoming Big 10 bid, that they would not want to bankrupt a local school district!!

Gee, PItt does something as low down and rotten as Penn State?? I thought only Penn State, and everything associated with it, did rotten things? Surely we all know that only Penn State and Joe Paterno are capable of such things. Just like only Penn State players get into trouble with the law! Thanks for proving my point.

Nice try, frostlion, to wiggle out of this topic. You started it and it came back to bite you. Maybe I'll try and find a few more instances where PSU took it out on "someone" who had a "confusingly" similar logo.

Probably to alot of teams, college and pros. So what was the BIG deal about frostlion bringing it up? Again, it was a dig at Pitt which backfired and bit him good. Notice he ended this topic pretty fast, after realizing that PSU was MORE of a culprit in crying about logo infringement than Pitt is.
