Re: Week 3 Scores
TAE, I've said this a couple times now. People are forgetting Johnstown, who I believe already showed they can play with and even outplay FH in an earlier scrimmage. They'll meet week 10, and hopefully both be undefeated for the LHAC title game. Johnstown has the size and speed to match up with FH.. Right now both teams are beating everyone they play badly. What happens between now and week 10 will determine the LHAC title.
Re: Week 3 Scores
Why didn't Bussard go for 2 to win the game on Friday night? A week ago he makes the call in overtime, and looks like it was a great decision. So here he has the chance to win in regulation and gets the kick blocked and loses his biggest rivalry. So isn't the call to kick it the opposite of his call to go for two to win. Why wait for overtime?

Well PC, and Jtown seem to be the only teams capable of beating the Rangers. Don't count on CC or BM doing it.. FH will be very motivated to play both of these teams, especially BM

Re: Week 3 Scores
even in a down year i will never count out the crushers, even though i agree pc and jtown, especially jtown, have the best chance of doing it. but i believe one of those 4 will do it

Re: Week 3 Scores
With the second coming of Justin Gdula being much better than most thought (not the OG for the record, he has been touting J. Gdula for years) was going to happen. the G&G go on a "Crusher like" run where they go undefeated in the LHAC two years in a row. Now, this is of course barring major injury.jack daniel wrote:tae

The only game the OG won't yet predict yet for FH is their Tyrone match-up at Mansion.
And the last thing I must tell you...NEVER QUIT!

Re: Week 3 Scores
What has Gdula done besides throw a couple times to wide open receivers? I agree he's better than anticipated.. but let's not get ahead of ourselves. He's still yet to play even a decent secondary, and has not shown the ability to hit the deep ball. His td passes have all been short, easy throws. If you saw the BC game, his speed is a concern (although Glessner was never that fast either). I think the kid has a ton of potential and some great intangibles (6'4", good build, decent arm), but I'll hold off until the Rangers are actually in game and not a cakewalk to determine how good he is.
