because they would form sentences like that one if they went to a public school hahahaha
sorry no offense it was just a perfect set up

Actually, I like sportsfans's idea. Why not have just one classification. See how the privates like it when they have to contest with schols that have a much larger area from which to select their team. Plus it would make psycho happy.

That will never work because when the public schools in this area do as bad as ever, they won't be able to blame the catholic schools for their woes.

Crimson09Crazy,
I apologize for my mistake. I forgot to add "go to" in my sentence. However, since we are evaluating sentence structure and grammar. I must inform you that I have become highly alarmed at your lack of punctuation and capitalization.
No offense, you just left the door open.
On a lighter note, you do seem very knowledgable and I was wondering if you knew how many districts are represented on the Bishop McCort football team. What districts are they or where could I find that information?

It was a joke bud, don't take it personal. Everyone on this site has horrible punctuation.
Well McCort is usually comprised of kids from Johnstown, Richland, Westmont, Valley and Ferndale. All understandable. All within what most people would consider Johnstown.
And you could throw in Windber, Forest Hills, Township and Ligonier, and Somerset. on most years,
But before you go up in arms, remember these kids live in those school districts, but its not like everyone comes from those middle schools, it just happens to be the districts where they live.
OMOS gets kids that live in Westmont, Conemaugh Valley, Ligonier and Ferndale Somerset school districts( I went to OMOS, and we usually just had Westmont,Ferndale and Valley kids... but with the Somerset teacher strike, OMOS got a few kids. and Ligonier has been sending kids this way, OMOS has the strongest reputation of the bunch,IMO, thats why they have a few more school districts.)
St. Benedict's gets kids from Richland and Windber and Forest Hills.
St. Andrews is usually Township and Ferndale
Cathedral Catholic is Valley, and Johnstown and Westmont

and we play in the same district and class as small towns like Claysburg, Williamsburg..Alexandria and the J. Valley area...etc...wow, very fair.
Re: PA Athletic Oversight Committee: Public vs. Private
Are you writing that as a McCort fan who thinks they should play up, or is that just some good-natured sarcasm?Sneakers wrote:and we play in the same district and class as small towns like Claysburg, Williamsburg..Alexandria and the J. Valley area...etc...wow, very fair.
