Isn't that a little low expectation?
Ok Youngbuck...which you are with that statement. You have to be from: FH, McCort, Central, or Tyrone. Because Guess what...no one else has won a District 6 Title, or a LHAC title since like...hell I don't even know...Bedford I guess in like 04 with the Harris boys won the LHAC title. No one else has won the D6 title since besides the above teams since 1998 (United, and I'm talking about D6 AA where Richland plays). So, should every other coach in D6 be canned too? How many other coaches in D6 have made the playoffs 3 years in a row? Think about what your saying. Besides the fact Richland has run into FH the last how many years in playoffs. C'mon man.

Let's be real here. There are tiers of teams in this area. Tier 1: FH, McCort, Tyrone Tier 2: PC, CC, Richland, Jtown, Huntingdon Tier 3: sometimes good, mostly bad. Tier 4: Always bad

So you're only satisfied if they beat FH? Great. You don't think Brandon wants to do that. Or he tries? He was a first down away, or a bad call away two years ago. So if he gets that call and beats them are you OK with that then?

The OG thinks you are being radical here. Look at where their program is, from where it was...and look what is goion on. IT IS WRONG.
And the last thing I must tell you...NEVER QUIT!

What Bailey should do is pull the uniforms of the seniors that skipped practice. Make them earn the right to play or they can go and play soccer.

And punish the whole team for the actions of the seniors.

That's terrible leadership, no wonder they are having a bad year.

Seriously. Wallpaper, you've been on this board for some time. I know you're a Westmont guy, and I know other Westy guys on this board (cough, cough, Wolftickets) have called for the whole Westmont Staff's heads after 2 sub par years to your standards. Still...it doesn't seem like things are this bad at Westmont (that I've heard anyways). Shoot, maybe you could get B. Bailey to turn Westy into a winner again. Disclaimer...the OG is not saying Westy coaches should be fired...I'll leave that to Wolftickets and every post of his. Personally, I think it takes several years to build a program.

This is unreal. I honestly can't believe this stuff is happening. If the OG was coach, these kids would be canned. Send a message and build for the future. It should be bright for the Rams if the Ship is righted soon.

This may be a generalization, but how spoiled are the kids at Richland?? They have the BEST facilities, youngest and very knowledgeable coaching staff with a head coach coming from a D1 program and is an FH guy, BEST boosters/funding (How many teams you know with that many uniform combos? People riding in on motorcycles, radio station, pep ralleys, etc etc.), nicest school, and obviouslly the best rules if they are allowed on facebook. These kids don't realize what they have going for them. Let me explain to you what goes on at most schools. You show up in a subpar locker room, practice on a crappy field, wash your own clothes at home, have a home and away uniform and no alternates, and you play football. You DON'T question your coach, you DON'T need to do all the unnessecary things to win.

If Richland is too good for BB, WE'LL GLADLY TAKE HIM BACK IN SIDMAN!!!!

Infact, isn't DonBo about done?

How many people really like a coach anywhere? There are always bitter parents and former players. Richland was a doormat and now that they have expectations you see what happens! How big is Richland compared to every other school in the Laurel Highlands?

From what I've read on here it seems like a lot of people hate his passing philosophy. I hope you know they wouldn't have had the wins they had over the few years without it. Richland does not match up physically with many of the teams they play. That passing attack was their way to neutralize teams.

There are too many people out there who just don't have a clue
