I'm all for adding TCU and Houston. Bring in the Texas schools, maybe get a few kids from Texas in the Big East. It would help recruiting, viewership, and TCU would be a high profile team.
With those teams in the league, I think on a yearly basis it would come down to TCU and Pitt and WVU then everyone else would shuffle to be in the top tier.
TCU at this point is as strong of a program as there is, they have been recruiting well and the fact that Texas sucks this year, they are top dogs in the state, for now. They are downsizing their stadium but improving their facilities and should be selling out every game for a long time coming.
Pitt, although they are master choke artists, should be the Frogs top competition each year. With their recent recruiting success over the past 5 years, Pitt has positioned themselves to be the conference's most talented team for years to come.
If they add enough teams, a Big East Title game at the New Meadowlands would be sick.
