Nothing worse than a clown on this sight. Iamcorrect Iyou might be right but I think if Coach Lupek had even a sniff that this team would be good he would have stayed.

actually coach lupek is getting up there in age. these last few years havent been easy for him only reason he stayed was because of his son. uncapher is going to be keyed on every game and they have a guard who can hit some shots, but uncapher not really gonna be stopped. they arent small either. they will outrebound most teams they play. also these kids are sick of losing. jesus they just got their brains beat in all football season there should be some revenge on their mind

Uncapher does have size but I watched Conemaugh Valley play at least four times last year and the JV team was fair at best. The Furman boy is alright but not very big nor does he appear to be physical and he was the top JV player in my opinion.

Iamcorrect but if you took North Star and let the under classmen (Straisser, Fleegle, Walker) play JVs they would be undefeated. Same with Blacklick and Township and Windber

word...conemaugh valley will beat blacklick both times...maybe split with township. townships guards will have a bit of an advantage but if cv can get at the boards and limit the turnovers should be alright

Iamcorrect North Star and Township will definately sweep Valley. Blacklick you might get one but they should be pretty good too. Maybe we are all missing something, did Nemo come back?

1. North Star
2. Conemaugh Township
3. Conemaugh Valley
4. Blacklick Valley
5. Portage
6. Windber
7. Ferndale

North Star will be strong once again returning 3 starters who are very good, they should run the table easy
Conemaugh Township has a good group of starters coming back and will give North Star a run for their money
CV lost alot but they always find a way to be decent and compete, if not run the table for the west pac title
Blacklick has a good group if kids coming back and should be tough to beat
Portage lost alot, not sure how they will be although should be able to compete with the better teams
Windber has been down the last couple years, hopefully their better athletes come out this year for the squad
Ferndale wont compete very well losing their best returning player to CT and Gaunt graduating
