FH, Johnstown, McCort seem to be the big three. You can never count out CC, Westy, or Somerset. BC may even have some talent, but I haven't followed them much.

Heights has a Vescovi. That has to make them a co-favorite.
It ain't over until it's over.

Laurel Highlands 1
1. Forest Hills-Coach McGough's squad should go very far with Gallagher/Thomas leading the way

2. Cambria Heights-Brings some nice experience back from last years team

3. BC-Cosie will have Link carrying the load

4. CC-PG Vigneault will have a nice season

5. PC-Should feed off a 12-13 season of a year ago

6. BG-hopes to rebound from a 7-15 season

Laurel Highlands 2

1. Jtown-reminds me of the old UNLV teams. get ready for some pressure and run and gun.

2. McCort-Solid team returns with a tough early schedule will tell all.

3. Richland-Malzi/Ritenour will lead a nice team. See how the 1st year coach does

4. Bedford-Shippy,Garbek,and Salt will set the tone to compete in the Highlands

5. Westmont-Coach Roman will have his team ready.A tough early schedule will decide their fate.

6. Somerset-has some height and experience coming back.

Good Luck to all teams!!!

Johnstown is the best team, IMO.
McCort has a fairly tough schedule and they may likely start 2 freshmen. They're about a year or two away from being anything real good.

Will be interesting to see how Richland does after actually having a coach who put in the off season time and cares about winning games and developing players .
