I dont think thats even Zerfoss

bb youre blowing this out of proportion. its a game of football, people get hurt. just because that kid happened to be your brother youre making a big deal of it. he did play a heck of a game and is a great athlete but you dont say a high school teams intentions were to hurt another athlete. Again its football, come on.

I didn't catch the game, but if Berlin fell apart just because of one player, well, I think its kind of a joke about how people were saying that they were going to beat Clairton. A bunch of teams have "key players" that the opponent will try to stop (and yes, unfortunately kids will probably take shots at them too), but look at teams like FH-Dudukovich Richland-Rizzo J-Town-Simon etc.. all of these guys have had shots taken at them. Bottom line, no I in team or should I say I-a-n?

Blowing it out of proportion? NS fans coming on here saying it is awesome to knock a kid out? That is really blowing it out of proportion??? There is a difference between getting hurt and trying to hurt a player. A shot on a QB who is completely defenseless, helmet to helmet straight to the face isn't personal? You don't have any reason to back that up. If it was/wasn't my brother I would completely feel the same way. It was absolutely dirty.

I thought it was a joke too that people thought Berlin would beat Clairton. D5 has once again no chance in hell against Clairton no matter if Berlin would have made it. I hope for the best for D5 against Clairton but everyone needs to get real. Watch Clairton just once before you make any assumption. They are too athletic and quick for any class A' team to keep up with, especially D5.

Yeah, I agree with you BB. Their toughest test will be within the WPIAL, probably Rochester.

Yeah one can only hope. 1st round 42-0, 2nd round 47-0. Who can stop Da Bears? For those who think D5 has a chance have a look.

Don't discount Mercyhurst Prep or Farrell out of District 10. Farrell vs. Clairton was an awesome, hard hitting, fast game last year with Farrell returning the opening kickoff for a TD and Clairton winning on a 4th quarter fumble return for TD 13-7. Both Farrell and Mercyhurst have the speed to match with Clairton. Last Years 10 vs 7 game was in Slippery Rock should be closer to the burgh this year.
