Westmont will be good this year. Underrated and overlooked but always provide competition, and it will be no different this year. And to answer the question about best coaching pair in the LHAC: never bet against Roman/Durham.

Johnstown will be at the top. It wont take much for them. Mccort and Forest Hills should be tough. FH has Gallaher to lead them. I like Somerset to come out and do some things, i like their fast pace game. Richland will be ok but not as good as everyone thinks. I havent really heard anything else.
