#7 Shade @ #2 NBC - I'm hoping that Mihelcic @ 140 and Otten @ 145 face their best competition yet this year, other than Mihelcic's loss to Cahill. Perhaps NBC moves Gartland upto 140 and Shade moves Otten back to his previous 152 to face W Solly? Even if Otten stays at 145 Brallier would be one of the toughest competitors that he's faced this year. Aside from perhaps those 2 weights, I'd be surprised if NBC lost more then 1 match, aside from forfeits NBC gives to Shade. I'll say 54-18.

#6 Conemaugh Township @ #3 Somerset - this actually could be a competitive meet. IF Sanders is back for CT @ 103 then they could be favored/have tossups at the 1st 5 weights, then potentially a great matchup of Cahill and Darr @ 135. Unfortunately for CT, imo Berchick @ 145 and perhaps Drenner @ 189 would be their only bright spots in the last 8 weights, with a lot of bonus points likely for Somerset. I'll take Somerset 39, CT 24.

#5 Meyersdale @ #4 Berlin - Berlin won this matchup 41-27 in December, mainly by sweeping the 130-160 weight classes. The marquee matchup of the night should be @ 215 in a matchup of D5 champions who both pinned NBC's Suter in the finals. Meyersdale's (Strong-)Dunmeyer was @ 189 earlier in the season and did not face Berlin's Craig. I think that this 1 will be a little tighter, Berlin 37, Meyersdale 31.

Raidernation - Any idea if Dunmeyer plans on going @ 189 in the postseason? D5 is pretty crowded @ 215 even without him.

Northern Bedford over Shade 55-16. Otten looked pretty tough for Shade. He will be making the trip to regionals this year. 145 will probably come down to him and Berchick. Nolan Sollenberger picked up a nice win with a quick fall over a respectable record. Also Matt Sollenberger knocked off a decent kid in Mihelcic.

103 - Guyer NB dec
112 - Replogle NB forfeit
119 - Shade forfeit
125 - Corle NB fall
130 - Gartland NB fall
135 - Shade maj Hershberger
140 - Matt Sollenberger NB dec Mihelcic
145 - Otten pinned Brallier
152 - Willie Sollenberger NB fall
160 - Nolan Sollenberger NB pinned Aikey
171 - Albright NB maj
189 - Douglas NB forfeit
215 - Dan Sollenberger NB pinned May
285 - Hixson NB fall

After winning the Thomas Tournament, I heard he retired. Still waiting to hear from a quality source, though.
