I agree why are they still wrestling at this hour if the weigh ins are at 8 am today this is absolutely ricdiculous

As we near the midnight hour, wrestling is still going on in Windber. There is no way on earth the people running this tournament should have let this be an issue. Weigh ins are 8 hours away. Northern Bedford has an hour drive home, meaning they won't be home until after 1AM, then they have to turn around and leave again at 7AM. Not fair at all to the kids of D5...

Just getting home now......wrestlers have to be at the school at 6:30, meaning have to get up 530-545 to shower and run....woo hoo.........

I heard a rumor that Everett was considering building a big gym to host such events.

If that is the case then I'm guessing that Everett would need to drop their current policy of not hosting playoff events involving NBC.

Is this Everett's policy for sure? It was stated they wouldn't host a wrestling league championship only after the league eliminated the championship format.

I was told 10 and the program from yesterday says 10.

NBC. I can't believe they go home on Friday night. I assumed all BC teams would stay over in J-town somewhere.

With NBC's boys soccer team playing a playoff game at Everett, it appears that this policy was short lived.

Any update on a possible large gym @ Everett?

If you have looked at the state of the Athletic program as a whole you would notice that a new gym is not a priority at Everett. Heck rumor has it they can't even hire the one guy who started getting their wrestling program in the right direction a job there. Can't think of his name but he is the younger guy who came from Bedford to coach there before Ripple. I work with a few of the parents and they are still in an uproar about that whole ordeal.

that would be Josh Deputy......and I (and we) are MORE than happy to have him back at Bedford where he belongs!!
