Yeah, I don't see any state qualifiers on the list that I recall.

I see about 5 forfeits and 1 win over a 19 win wrestler. No other wins against anyone with more then 13 that I can see.

The problem with Otten is the extreme lack of competition that he has faced. He has only faced 3 wrestlers who were not from D5 or D6, yet somehow has not faced any of the Bfly ranked wrestlers (5 for D6, 3 for D5) yet. It would have been nice if he had faced Bollman/Aungst (or Dibert/Ickes @ 160) at the Richland Duals, but Shade wasn't matched up with CR/CK.

Look at Appalachian State beating Michigan a few years ago in football, Wolf could lose even to the worst wrestler...but he hasn't. Going undefeated is an underrated feat now adays. I'm not saying Otten is 22-0 with a :30 average pin time, but he IS 22-0. I wish him the best of luck.

not taking anything away from the kid. He is a good wrestler. I expect him to be in the district finals, but I don't think he goes to states.

this is the topic that talk of Wolf Otten, shade, windber and all of the other bellyaching should be posted. not in a topic of SW AA Regionals.....in my opinion....
