Honestly I have no problem with that. The McCort kids do that because they want to be great, whether or not a coach points them in that direction doesn't matter. If you go by an FH track practice this spring, you'll likely see the skill players with a couple footballs flying, and team workouts all summer in the mornings. None of these are mandatory, but most of the starters show up. It's a commitment to winning that most schools don't have. The only issue is the pads, that is a problem.

I believe that they changed the rule last year. During the summer workouts, such as passing league, and speed camps, you are allowed to wear pads. AS for camp you are not required to wait till day 3 to hit.

Correct, but the equipt. rule was changed a couple years ago, coaches are just supposed to keep them from hitting(O.K.) until the 1st official day in August.

Should Rizzo be listed under Richland or McCort?

Manfred, you know that is where they hold practices for the Lantzy game, and it is a week after schools out. Please you tell me one year you drove back their and saw McCort practicing with helmets and pads, when they hadnt already reported to camp? I doubt you have. What McCort has done, and will continue to do is workout in the summer. Usually starts first week in july, lots and lots of running never any hitting, or padded practices. You can ask Brandon Bailey for the photos he took in 2003, I looked pretty good in shorts and a tshirt.

Taking pictures and making claims that they have too much talent, awesome stuff.

On a side note, is it a new rule that players/teams can use helmets and shoulder pads in off season? (just no hitting)

Wish PA would get some form of Spring ball.

I didn't have to see it. One of the FH ****'t coaches saw it. Good enough for me. It wasn't "Lantzy" kids practicing. It was you and the other BM boys. Deny, deny, deny.
It ain't over until it's over.

Crimson and Jack how strong is Salvia? because to start for mccort size doesnt always matter, they love kids who live in the weight room. For some reason he doesnt remind me of a very strong kid. here would be my starting line for mccort Roman, (yes im saying it)Little Belskey, gruss, barbin, rugg

Get Salvia in the weight room and if he dedicates himself he should be fine, and Dustin is a running back not a lineman. If he was gonna play line he'd be doing it already, Steve was moved form RB to guard in between his freshman and sophomore year.

Manfred, you didn't have to see it cause there was nothing to see. What possible reason would I have to lie about that? Seriously. In the three years I went to McCort we didn't put helmets or pads on until august.
