Top pitchers this year by class?

You guys are great...they use a Pro Stalker at ERA...what would you gain by constantly bumping up kids radar gun times...as a Baseball School you want credibility, not the quickest way to a buck....


Why are ERA kids better...because they have the best baseball minds in our area instructing them....if you figure out what's wrong with your mechanics, maximize your arm strength, and aren't killed by throwing curveballs at a young age...you have a chance to gain 2-5 mphs in your arm.


The problem is idiots on here go to games and see a kid throwing 81...and say he's throwing upper 80's...


Ben Legath throws 85-87... Austin Urban was 88-91...Ben Watkins before he went back to Spring Training was in the upper 80's....


Don't come on here and badmouth a place you've never been too, or it might be the fact that your son tried out with my son for an ERA team and just wasn't good enough to make it...yea that's probably it...

All of the ERA guys are ex-professionals. It is called professional baseball for a reason. The reason is its a business with constantly evolving methods and protocols that are designed to achieve results. I am sure many of the kids who go through that place probably had marginal skills when they walked in the door, and are now getting college looks. I would trust my kid with an organization like that before I'd trust the guy down the street who played college ball 20 years ago.

To each his own. They have a good business and hats to them for putting it together. At the end of the day it comes down to the kid, the work he puts in no matter who its with. Thats my 2 cents, Baseball players can be born, or made. They do the best they can of making good players better players.

Heard news that yesterday Goodling started but only threw 3 pitches vs. Juniata Valley before he came out. Any truth to this and why? Injury or sick?

Listed as an oblique injury in the paper. Both himself and starting centerfielder Knable were injured during the game.
