When you have good teams year in and year out, you are cheating. The teams that can't beat you make a reason why they cant beat you. Weather its true or not it dosn't matter. Your in pads in summer or the kids are failing but still playing, or even they are practicing with coaches when they are not allowed. It dons't matter what you have heard. Unless you can prove it, don't go around talking about teams you know nothing about.
