Conemaugh Valley has a new coach

Just saw on the board meeting minutes from March 10 that CV has hired a new coach. The individual's name is Winston Redman. I doubt if he's a local District 5/6 person as the name doesn't sound familiar. Don't know if he also got a teaching job for next fall to go with the coaching position. (Please don't let this thread become a "Bash CV and the other small schools" fest, thanks)

Is he related to "Dirt"????
Who else is on the staff? Is there anyone who works in the school and will see these kids on a daily basis coaching? Since CV made clean sweep of the coaches, finding assistants is not going to be easy.

new coach wont make up for a lack of talent. maybe theyll get one this year though..
