BERLIN VS NS
Re: BERLIN VS NS
i was at the the game that night... there were a few "questionable calls" on both teams but i dont think that was a late hit. sayler took his drop and threw up a prayer to get his team to rally behind him, and he took a shot for it. that being said its never good to see someone go down like that. hope he has a speedy recovery.

I was at the game also and i tip my hat to the north star guys they played great and it was a very hard hitting game. I also believe that ian was a very important part of berlins sucess this year but at the same time he was not the entire team. I personally as a spectator and a community member know of seven starters on that team, six of which play both ways that were playing through rather serious injuries for most of the game. Not to start with what if's but if those other players were healthy ian probably wouldn't have taken as many hard hits. I was extremely proud of the effort on both sides but the team just fell apart from injuries all of which are just part of the game that we all love enough to get on here and argue about.

I didn't say that ian wasn't a large part of berlin's success this year i just stated that the loss wasn't all about him being hurt. The whole team was worn down. Also i do not think he would've gotten hurt if the rest of the team was healthy he was taking more hits than normal. Once again congrats to North Star they were the better team that night and i hope they take it to Clariton on friday good luck NS

here the final say sayler got messed up n that game. he played hard but his coached shlda known that u cant BASE THE whole tean=m around 1 player an thats what the coach tried doing!! hes ok now so who cares its over. but how bout ns running backs number 21 an 1 both of them tore berlin apart with over 100 yrds rushing a peace. thats good 2 even when ur freshman running back tom miller had 73 yards that game off 4 carries.

Why are you even talking about this anymore? If Sayler was okay he would be playing college ball but can't anymore. Good luck next season. NS is the favorite.
