That's pretty logical, though. A lot of those original 31 have committed elsewhere or told Penn State "No, thanks". PSU is now down to the 4th RB offer, in this Mahone kid from Austintown, OH. Shell, Harris, and Garmon have all pretty much told Penn State to stop calling them.
