High School Football Workout Warriors
High School Football Workout Warriors
Ran across an article on espn.com, talking about the NCAA workout warriors (Posting more than impressive stats in the weight room). Anyone come to mind in the past 5-10 years from the area that can be classified as a high school workout warrior? Stats are appreciated

A few years back at NBC, running back Travis Brown was a maniac in terms of his training.
A relentless workout running hills and sprints at most time accompanied by vomitting due to the extreme nature of his work. Also, a machine in the weight room. He absolutely got the most out of his physical ability.
Definitely followed it up in the classroom too as I believe he garned his doctorate degree in engineering and I think is a college professor at the University of Purdue.
Great kid and success story from a small school.
