McBurg doesn't have a dominant pitcher......very, very average...High Scorer.

Well retired coach, I guess we know more about baseball than most people! S. fulton 11seed killed berlin 7 seed, everett beat windber, and mcconelsburg beat shade. 3 s.h. vs west pac games and 3 wins for s.h. Meyersdale will lose if they play one also! I think salisbury will get by mcburg though! Beiler and vogt will shut down the burg and the two mentioned along with brandon slice miller will provide the bats for the elks. C.township came alive late in the season also, but the rest of the west pac is weak! Never go against an older retired coach as he knows the talent from years of experience.

Salisburg may beat the Burg, but I still don't count the Burg out. They are scrappy and are like a nagging gnat that wont go away. You may be absolutely right with this one, but dont be surprised is Burg pulls out a real close one. Meyersdale Plays FM today, no comment since I know too much about FM....LOL! SF plays TM. SF is another team who will and can beat ne one. If Chamberlain has an off day, and he has had a few of them, SF will win this one too.....it will be an upset though, but it can happen. TM, once you get below their 1st 4 hitters they have nothing. NBC will breeze by Township........my predictions for today and final 4 match-ups:

McBurg 3 = NBC vs TM = NBC 6 TM 3
Salisbury 2

TM 5 = FM vs McBurg = FM 10 McBurg 6
SF 3

NBC 15
Township 2

FM 13
M-dale 4

Salisbury just beat portage for the west pac championship 4-2 and are 15-2 and beiler/vogt held a tough portage team to only 1 hit and the elks have 8 seniors on this team that have been in big games before! they have a dice and brown that can hit the ball to go along with vogt, beiler, and miller. If any West pac team can beat a s.h. team it will be a tough, scrappy elks team who has the experience which all other west pac teams lack. Mcburg may upset them, but I think the elks are definitely better than mcburg in all phases of baseball! It depends on who the elks pitch. If they save beiler and vogt, they may lose if they go with a #3 pitcher.

It seemed like fannet metal was the better team, but they choked at the end when they had the lead. I thought they had good pitching! It seems he had the wrong one in late in the game! Was this game at meyersdale or fannet metal? I knew salisbury would win and they even did it without their top two pitchers which meyersdale will get a heavy dose of both! I didn't think meyersdale would win either retired coach! They aren't that good this year and won't go far! Salisbury should rip them up!
