Some notes...
North Star is the favorite, IMO. The only thing that scares me is they don't have much of a line at all. Skill positions are set up but it takes more than that to be great.
Windber is a team to look out for. They return a lot from last season.
Portage will be decent once again.
Berlin lost most of their production but have a lot coming back. If they get good QB play they will be pretty good.
Meyersdale has Hoover still and I think he is the best back in the conference.

Anon4...

We would love to have some substance in your post...

How do you believe that is going to be possible?
Please explain in detail so the rest of us can critique your "upset of the year."

What is your opinion based on?

Camp starts in roughly 9 hours. Neither teams have done much over the off season...

Please enlighten us with your knowledge...

or else... quit wasting bandwith.

Windber looked terrible at the 7 0n 7 at richland and didn't have much speed or talent! Berlin lost 90% of their scoring from last year in saylor, will and stockwell! Meyersdale lost their stud linemen and bittner (qb/lb), and edwards who was a beast. Their won't be any running room for hoover or brandon slice salisbury miller! C.v does have almost every player back from last year as does shade, but they need coaching at these schools to bring the best out of these kids attitudes and instill winning back in them! North star lost good linemen, friedline was a good tb/lb, and watkins was good at wr/db! But they have the straiser bros and they will be tough to stop! Ferndale has nothing! C.t. is always tough! Rockwood has almost all the skill positions back, but lose some key linemen and sanner which will hurt them! Portage only has kreutzberger and bryja back, along with bimle who is fast, but doesn't like to get hit and play physical as told from his portage teammates! The weak pac is back to normal and all teams have a chance to beat each other because of no standout teams just like basketball! I will say north star, but they lost some good talent on that team! Lookout for rockwood, shade, and con. valley this year because they have their whole teams almost back and this is a make or break year for these 3 and 4 year letterman that these teams have back! Berlin will be decent, but they lost alot of talent last year and only have glotfelty to rely on and he is coming back from season ending injury. Dauphinus will have to try to be a sayler for them! Good luck! Craig is a tough ball player for them also! Berlin will look to glotfelty on all passes and put him in the backfield at qb to run the ian saylor running qb option offense as he has big shoes to fill! North star, portage, and berlin always has good numbers to pick from as does windber every year.

Eisenhuth has no line this year and will be running for his life and he isn't big or strong enough to withstand the beating he will get! He is a good athlete, but lost some good linemen from last year! Little #20 walters talks a big game always on the field! I see ferndale going 0-9 this year! Did ferndale beat c.v. last year? If you didn't you won't beat them this year because they have alot of guys back and ferndale lost alot! Heck, ferndale couldn't beat a young shade team at ferndale last year and shade fumbled 6 times in that game. Long season for the yellowjackets! Sorry pete rose, I call them like I see them!

Sparky has the two best players on the board in my eyes also. Tony strasiser , glotfelty and hoover will be decent also, but I heard hoover broke his collar bone and it was reported that glotfelty broke his ankle, but these may just be rumors going around! Glotfelty has big shoes to fill because not alot of talent left on berlins team and the line is weak this year! They are lucky they are in the weak pac though because they may eak out 5-6 wins still because they have numbers over the rockwoods, meyersdales, and the shades/ferndales. North star and ridge will roll over them!

Glotfelty is fine. Hoover broke his collar bone in half.
