Ahhhh. So it comes down to the RACIAL word. Now I get it. So a fan can call a player shorty, fatso, dumbo, idiot, dipstick and that's OK. But if you're drunk and use a racial word, then players can provoke the people on the sidelines because they know it will make them "more mad". Tell me, if the players are not winning at the time, what should they do? Can't point to the scoreboard if they are losing, can they? So you need TWO components for players to incite the fans: racial slurs have to be yelled, and the team being yelled at has to be winning. Sounds logical.

I'm curious as to who was conducting breathalyzers in the end zone. Pure speculation that the perpetrators were DRUNKS.
It ain't over until it's over.

This entire string is pathetic. Supposedly grown men trying to justify the actions of fans yelling racial slurs at a bunch of kids? And in doing so slinging mud at anyone and everyone that they can. Absolutely pathetic. From the veracity of some of the posts, I am guessing that the poster was either part of the rabble or is close friends with some of them. Here is a bit of reality: IT IS NEVER ACCEPTABLE TO YELL RACIAL SLURS AT ANYONE. It shows the ignorance of the person doing the yelling, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

YOU ARE GUESSING WRONG!!!!! You are saying that I am justifying racial slurs? That I am "slinging mud at anyone and everyone?" What have YOU been reading. This whole topic started (a topic that was eventually locked down) when Johnstown fans DENIGRATED FH fans because of a few so-called drunks yelling at Johnstown players. And YOU want to talk about mudslinging???? The Johnstown fans came on here and ATTACKED the reputation of ALL Ranger fans because of a couple of idiots standing near the endzone. This attempt to BELITTLE Ranger fans EVIDENCED by everyone when, after the original topic was locked down, THIS topic entitled "The fh way" surfaced. Instead of letting this topic fade away, JOHNSTOWN fans found a way to restart it. This has NOTHING to do with racial slurs. It's a way of taking a pot-shot at Ranger fans, and I'm not going to sit here and take it. If you want to defame, or speak ill of Ranger fans because of actions by a select few, then you better have MORE evidence to support your argument because you are going to have a fight on your hands. DON'T CATEGORIZE A GROUP OF PEOPLE BY THE ACTIONS OF A SELECT FEW. Maybe Johnstown fans can try to let this topic die for a second time. Otherwise.....we'll have at it again.
