From my understanding Bolden's legal issue won't lead to him being suspended. So I'd expect him to start. And even if he is suspended, I think they would try Bill Belton at QB before McGregor.

He deserves it , he has worked hard on the field and off. One of the only bright spots for PSU off the field this year.

I saw a quote by the temporary replacement at PSU outlining that the arrested QB would face discipline that did not affect his playing time? Are you kidding me? PSU has truly sunk to a new low when an arrested player is allowed to play. WTH? With the Sandusky/Paterno/et al debacle, I almost felt sorry for them, but now I see that was misplaced. They still do not get it. Character matters. I am afraid they are going to reap what they have sown.
