Mountain League/ICC
I've noticed looking at the basketball threads that nobody really talks about the Mountain League or the ICC at all. So I'm hope this could potentially start some productive talk. With that said:
What are your thoughts? Who stands out in your mind? Who's poised to make a playoff push and who could potentially falter.

Re: Mountain League/ICC
Bellwood - ICC they already beat JV in a great game.
Tyrone may have something for the rest of the ML. Football players got 1 practice in and opened up by beating a pretty good Huntingdon team tonight.Other than those 2, Central is always a safe bet to be highly competetive.

Re: Mountain League/ICC
Bellwood just dropped a close game a couple hours ago to BG on the road tonight when a Noah Davis 3 bounced off the rim that'd of won it with 7 seconds left; they seemed like they didn't even know they were playing a game. Davis played what looked like one of his worst performances ever. Hard to imagine how that game could have been if they'd of woke up early on. It didn't help that the officials let a TON of fouls go (both ways) and always seemed to call just enough to go BG's way. I'm not saying that they decided it but it was definitely a major contributing factor.

If the ICC includes the Sideling Hill league, which I'm pretty sure it does, don't forget about those teams when picking the best in the ICC. Tussey Mountain always puts a good team together, NBC seems like they could have a good team, and some of the fulton county schools, especially Forbes Road and Southern Fulton, have been tough over the past few years.

Re: Mountain League/ICC
Typically, the only teams to ever come out of the South in this ICC to make a run are usually Tussey and NBC, but S.Fulton did start the season out 4-0 so far so it'll be interesting to see how that develops.

TM lost a lot from last year. They are still winning though. Coach Bailey always finds a way to get wins. NBC is off to quite a start as well. When do they play SF?

Southern Fulton lost first game of the year Friday night to Chesnut Ridge in OT 51-49. They have a very good team and overcame 10 point deficit at halftime to send it into OT. Very well coached, disciplined & shoot the ball well from you the outside.
