Conemaugh Township @ North Star

Post by odoyelrules »

Big match tonight. A win would likely allow CT to be undefeated for district duals purposes (only Portage and Forest Hills remaining) and at worst be seeded 2nd behind an undefeated Bedford. NS needs to win 4 of their 5 regular Jan. duals to even qualify for DDs after their 0-2 start. It looks to me like NS should win the lightweights other than 113, CT the middleweights, and the upperweights are a tossup. Any predictions?

CORRECTION - CT has a trip to Fishertown scheduled for the 25th that is not on their regular schedule but is on their daily schedule and is included on Chestnut Ridge's schedule.

NS will be a dangerous team to anyone in the District Duals. Including Bedford and Somerset.

Agreed about North Star being dangerous if they make it in. Makes Ridge's win over them look even more impressive.

I think NS will make it in.

Just wish the DD's were all wrestled the same day. So I could see some of these dual match ups.

D-5 is def better the D-6 this year as far as dual meet teams go.
