Tigers aren't bad. But Tyrone couldn't have played worse if they were carring people on their backs during that game. The Eagles are very, very good....BUT, when they are off...they are putrid and that was the worst any them have looked at 1 time and it was all the same night....very bad(to quote Babu from Seinfeld) "very, very bad"

Hiollidaysburg lost to State College by 20 at home, and by 33 the other night. Maxpreps is wrong about them losing to State College by 3.
Hollidaysburg's best player went down with an ACL injury in the 5th game of the season. I believe he played against Jtown, so I am sure that made a difference.

That kid pretty much single-handedly beat Johnstown. He went down with an ACL tear shortly thereafter. Also Johnstown was without one of their starters but they still shouldn't have lost to Hollidaysburg.WPIAL~Titan wrote:Hiollidaysburg lost to State College by 20 at home, and by 33 the other night. That being said, basketball is so much different than most other sports. In football at this level, the more dominant team USUALLY can impose its will on a team over the course of a game and physically beat the lesser team. In basketball, sometimes your shots just don't fall while a less talented team can get hot and pull off an upset.
