jeez since you begged. predictions for D5 & 6 first round winners :
Girls - Homer Center, BG, Township, Forest Hills
Boys - Shade, BC, Township, Jtown, State College

a little late but for the entire playoffs...
Forest Hills girls have good shot of advancing to state final four, where they would likely meet Seton LaSalle. At that point, they would need to pull an upset to make the state finals.
For BG girls, it would be an upset if they don't make the state final. But once there, they will face a formidable task, whether it be Tri-Valley, Lebanon Catholic, or Steel-High (3 of the 4 top teams are in the eastern bracket this time).
Johnstown boys will have tough matchup with Hampton coming up, which would probably be a loss you'd think. If they get by them, it will be even tougher with ArchBishop Carroll. The good news, though, is that they do avoid some of the top AAA teams before the final four, so maybe they will have a shot at it, despite their poor schedule.
