Double Header at home against Forbes 4:00 start I believe!

I didnt know that high school athletics was turning in to AYSO. Everyone wins and everyone plays now that is a joke! Sounds like disgruntled parents get on a website and vent about their kids not playing! My nephew goes to Everett and hasnt sniffed the field for two years and I know my sister and her husband wouldnt stoop to posting things online.

Guess im more out-spoken. And for the record, i will have a civil conversation with the coach when he isnt busy and we cross paths. Im not hidding behind any user name. ALL and hated AYSO. And i feel bad for any kid that doesnt play. I guess i should mention im not a parent!!!!

I have to agree with Coach. It is game two of the season....way too soon to start second guessing a coach with the experience and baseball knowledge our team has. Respect the decisions made. Everyone wants to play, but it just can't happen in every game. The players that are out there have earned the right to be there...and why? Because the coach who spends every day with them and sees what they can do says so. I also don't think he needs every Tom, Dick, and Harry having casual conversations about his lineup. Finally, getting kids time for the future is important, but what coach in their right mind with the talent NB has now is looking 1 or 2 years down the road in game #2 of the season. There will be time for that later in the year and into the summer.

OMG Northern Bedford has TWO games today! All 19 players on their roster better get in the games today or I'm going to be SO MAD! Everyone should get at least one at bat and I think its only fair that everyone get to pitch too! Everyone on the team deserves a chance on the mound just because they all deserve it. This is HS baseball, EVERYONE should get to PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since there are only 19 players and 14 innings, maybe all parents will get a chance to coach a base, too.

I believe the Panthers are 5-1 or 6-1 so it looks like coach Mac just might know what he is doing!!! I realize that all parents want to see their kids play but it just might be that their kid might not be better at this point than some other players in front of them. Looks like the Panthers are solid offensively and defensively and that first game with Everett is not even on these kids mind until they face them again in couple weeks. I was a little ticked off reading some of the earlier posts on this thread about playing time. Support the head coach don't question him. These tenth graders that nbc sports talks about will have their day. And nb sports you are basing this on one or two games a couple weeks ago. Guess you have no argument since they are winning with the style that coach Mac has for them. If these other kids want to go to track then go to track!! I am just really upset reading some of that crap that was posted because NB PEOPLE DON'T ACT LIKE THIS at least the ones I have been around. If you don't like it then pull your kid and go home. Sorry for rant but again the people I know that are true NB supports the coaches and doesn't question him.
