Ill agree to disagree. I think the hs season is just right. The only thing i think that is too long is the wpial playoffs. Teams that are 3-6 shouldnt be in the playoffs.
Tho we made playoffs at 3-6 and almost upset the future D5 champ. I agree. If we had a super district like D7 who has what 27 single A teams. so the best of 27 teams goes to states. District 5 doesn't have that

Prime example: Altoona (4-5) and Hollidaysburg (3-6). Both of these subpar teams are heading to the #1 seeds in AAA and AAAA. These games are basically tune ups for North Allegany and Thomas Jefferson. I don't think that teams like this should enter the playoffs, especially in the WPIAL

Looks like a really smart system to me dragons! Save money on travel play similar sized schools,it just makes sense!
