Chestnut Ridge versus Everett

I am a little surprised reading through different threads and predictions that Everett seems to be the favorite. I have not seen Everett play, but I would have to go with CR.

I'm gonna say like 22-15 CR wins.

Everett has a pretty decent defense. Their secondary is a strength and they are pretty big up front. Offensively, Barkley Rhoat is probably the best big play threat in this game, McInroy is a good game manager, and once again they are big up front.

However I think the Lions are better up front. There aren't many lines around that have 3 kids as tough as Dibert, Albright, and Buttry. They should be able to open enough holes against Everett for Boesh and Mock to get plenty of yardage. Everett plays tough on defense so I don't see CR putting up crazy points. I would expect this to be more of a defensive battle, with CR making a few more plays on offense.

I'll go with CR 20 EV 14

Everett's line will help them both offensively and defensively but Ridge's running game will blow past that. I take Ridge over Everett 28-14
