Punxy Loses in QF

End of a nice run for the Chucks tonight in the comfy confines of Replogle Field in New Enterprize. Northern York scorched them in the late innings to break up a 1-1 tie and beat Punxy 6-1. Rode to the game with Some Woodchuck friends of mine. Talk about out in the middle of nowwhere???? But, not that bad a ride and after the shock of being in the middle of nowhere wore off, what a nice quaint, right out of the field of dreams (if the cow pasture was a corn field) kind of venue. Lots of Parking and a terrific playing surface, plenty of room to watch the game.

I know this is a district 5 board but I wanted to say what a nice, small time rural feel type place you guys have.....It was a beautiful place to watch a game, the field was nicely manucured and obviously well taken care of, and everyone was really nice. The Punxy-ites, even though they lost, really enjoyed it.

Sure does beat going to District 7 or 10 and treated like second class citizens!

I was at this game last year, and yeah it is a nice field for that area
