When I checked it when he first put it up it said one of the positions is men only and one was women only. I don't study laws or anything, but my intuition tells me that since he made some open to men and some open to women this isn't sexist or discriminant because that's equal opportunity. Because he's offering positions open to male and female, so who is this sexist/discriminant to? I just spent a few minutes researching and it looks to me like sex discrimination is treating another unfairly because of their gender, not saying some are open to men and some open to women. Some people would do anything for an argument, geez...
