NB vs TM boys and girls this week

What I think is funny is the fact that people who are cowards come on here and hide behind a screen name and make posts criticizing coaching. I guess everyone is entitled to his or her opinion on this website hence the name. Dragonfootballfan I am wondering what your credentials are? Have you won 5 little league championships? Coach AAU? Coach a youth football team and run the no huddle wishbone, maybe? I bet you just played in the band and know nothing about high school athletics. My advice to you is, since you know so much send that resume to NB to coach Bball and to Tussey to coach football. I am sure the administration would love to have someone of your caliber on staff. I think your some coward that just likes to stir the pot!

I find it quite amusing how people can come on here with the argument that a coaching change is needed at a program without looking at history. It wasn't all that long ago that Crawford led NBC to a 20+ win season and lost to a very good Sewickley Team in the sweet 16 round of states. I guess he must have suddenly forgot how to coach between then and now.

NB has a very good coach. Crawford does very well. Its hard to coach 5 kids that all want to score there ten or twelve points a game. Im not saying the NB playersw are selfish, im just saying they need to work as a team better. Also they have good guard play. Probably some of the best in bedford county. With guys like Zach Pressel Blake Over and Zane Snyder who can all shoot the 3 ball drive to the hoop crash the boards, make good passes, and they can all dunk (not saying dunking is an important part of the game. It just shows there athletic ability) The only thing they lack is an excellent ball handling skills. While all three are good at handling the ball, none of them are true point guards. I understand people saying that they need a point guard, but they dont need a whole new backcourt. Just missing that one piece. A point guard. If Someone can step up and play that position they are one of the teams if not the team to beat

Ok step up and criticize Coach Crawford---he needs to wear his tie longer! Dang its supposed to cover the belt buckle. yep I have to agree with charlietweeder's post a lot.

Have to agree that coach Crawford is a good person and a pretty good coach, although i have attended a few of the games and was wondering whats up with a few issues. 1st i might not be seeing the whole picture,- snyder is a bench player (WHAT) yeah he averages 12 pts a game and plays less than half the game (HE SHOULD BE STARTING and playing most of the game over the other starting PT gaurd that averages 3 pts per game) its things like this that can play a toll and results in losing a close game. I hope this is not a political decision.
I did watch the NB vs Tussey game. Heres my take. NB was unwilling to change there Defense,Nb was getting killed in the man, but stayed in it anyway. This lost them the game. If nb would have went to a "in your face 3-2 D" it may have been a different outcome. INcase no one noticed this how TM slowed nb's offence down"in your face 3-2" at the last half of the 4th. TM kept the press the whole game but would fall back in a man or a 3-2 and a couple times a 1-3-1. YOU have to be willing to change your D to figure out what is working. Again i like coach crawford but i am seeing some "you got to be kidding me " moments.
Please comment and let me know if im wrong. Like i mentioned, i have only been to few games this season and might not be seeing the whole picture.

Nb boys won against everett 75-52. Coaching staff had these players playing at a high level tonight.

i agree nbcsports- the panthers could play better defense. When in rhythm nbc can score with the best of them. However, their defense could be improved.

The great teams of the area have a defensive unit that can be game changing- absolutely shut other teams down
