Re: District 5 seed points
Ratings as of 1/19 then with results I've seen so far this week:
1 CR 7-0 = 6.0 + 1
2 Meyersdale 5-0 = 6.0 -1
3 Bed 7-1 = 5.375 +2
4 Berlin 5-1 = 5.0 +1
5 NBC 8-4 = 4.0 -1
6 NS 4-3 = 3.429 +1
7 Som 5-5 = 3.1 +/-0
8 Hyd 4-4 = 3.0 +/- 0
My calculations for results as of today, along with remaining matches up to 1/29 deadline:
1 CR 8-0 = 6.0 Tussey
2 Bed 9-1 = 5.5 Westmont
3 Berlin 6-1 = 5.143 Meyersdale
4 Meyersdale 5-1 = 5.0 Berlin
5 NS 5-3 = 3.75 Somerset
6 NBC 8-5 = 3.692 Juniata Valley
7 Som 5-5 = 3.1 North Star
8 Hyd 4-4 = 3.0 None
CR is more likely to shutout Tussey than to lose to them. They'll be hosting the event.
Bedford will be on the other side of the bracket, since NS can't pass them and both Berlin/Meyersdale can't pass them either.
Berlin/Meyersdale winner will be in the bottom bracket away from Ridge, while the loser will be the #4 seed.
Somerset is in with a win or match postponement, out with a loss.
Also I should note that Tussey is now 5-6 for DD purposes, so IF a flu epidemic hit CR AND Tussey could pull off that upset then they would qualify.

Re: District 5 seed points
In theory it looks like D5 will have 7 to 9 participants in DDs. The top 6 + current #8 HOPE should already be in. Additionally:
Somerset will be in if they win/tie/postpone North Star.
Tussey will be in if they can beat Ridge.

Tussey will be in if they can beat Ridge.
Re: District 5 seed points
So your saying Tussey won't be in?

Re: District 5 seed points
Apparently HOPE had a match last week that I missed, a loss against an unknown squad??, so it appears that they won't be in DDs. Top 6 Squads are in, Som needing a win/postponement with NS to get in, TM needing a miracle to beat CR to gain admittance.

Re: District 5 seed points
The D5 ratings were updated and apparently HOPE did not have a match last week and is now back to 4-4 for DD purposes and I don't think that they have a match tonight, so will make team #7 ... though Somerset would bump HOPE back to 8th seed if they beat North Star tonight.
