District 6 Indv Tournament
Re: District 6 Indv Tournament
Law won 22-12, but IMO....He pinned his first 3 in about a minute each, and when he had to go the distance....I wonder on his conditioning. Yeah his earlier style seemed to be takedown, let up, repeat 4 or 5 times, get the guy wondering WTF, catch him off guard and 1-2-3. He's gonna have to be better in 2 weeks. One observers opinion. I thought it a little ironic his brother won his first D6 title before Cody did, by about an hour or so.

Re: District 6 Indv Tournament
That is hard to believe that cody only has that 1 d6 championship this year as good as he is and going to psu and being ranked 1st in pa all year. Plus took 2nd last year in states. Usually kids that are that good have 4 d-6 championships and some don't even place at states. Cody is just the opposite, he achieved the harder goals and left the easier one slip away until this year. Congrats to the laws and good luck the rest of the way.
Re: District 6 Indv Tournament
Losing to Risaliti in the D6 final last year was hard, esp. since they were friends and wrestled each other all the time thru Young Guns. He looked a little "labored" last year in the D6 final also. I hoped, but didn't expect, him to make the state final last year. I really hope he "proves me wrong" this year, and matches his coach by bringing home the gold. Good luck at Regionals, Cody, and states also. And to all the other locals who medalled and are moving on. I wish I was going to be able to see them, but I can't.

Re: District 6 Indv Tournament
No shame in losing to risalitti. He was a stud also, but I still think law owns him overall in head to head matches. I don't see anybody beating cody this year. I see a gold coming for him. He worked too hard to be upset this year by anyone. Can't see him ever getting pinned and in 3 periods, he will find a way to win.
