Sportsfever, you can't really use one of the Brett's as an example though. They could be from Tussey and people would enjoy watching them lose all the same. When you win be humble. When you lose don't throw a temper tantrum EVERY TIME. Then maybe people won't hate you.

Look, Bedford fans should take it as a compliment when other schools cheer when a Bedford wrestler loses. Bedford has the most successful program in the district by far and other schools envy that.

i should let this topic die but i need to add something.

Scube, it sounds good to say bedford should "take it as a compliment" but in reality knowing that the majority of a gymnasium is rooting against you has to hurt. Remember, these are high school kids. Rooting so adamantly against a kid the way CR fans do kind of rubs me the wrong way.

For those who argue that CR fans do not root against Bedford wrestlers i have a prime example. Im fairly sure it was Jake Krupa's sophmore or junior year at districts. He had just lost to a non-CR wrestler, as he walks past the CR side of windber's gym the entire CR section was clapping in his face and just cheering loudly at him. I remeber this very vividly. Thats what i have a problem with. Im a Bedford fan but ill root for any CR kid who isnt wrestling a Bedford kid. I have nothing against the CR wrestlers, its the fans i have a problem with. I guess its hard to see it from a bedford point of view if you are not from bedford

Thats not the only example just the one i can think of so readily. I'm not trying to start an argument just thought it needed to be said.

also, using the brett's is a bad example. Outside of that family most of bedford's wrestlers are very respectable winners and losers.

CA its funny, that a lot of CR fans see out of Bedford fans exactly what you see out of CR fans. Maybe there is a little too much blind bias amongst us all.

im sorry but i disagree. Ive NEVER seen a bedford fan clap in the face of a CR opponet and ive been to a lot of bedford county wrestling events. This year at districts (if you attend) just take a look around when a Bedford wrestler loses. You might notice what im talking about.

I'm sorry, I have to disagree. I didn't attend the Thomas Tournament this year. But I have in years past in wrestling, basketball and other sports seen Bedford fans do exactly what you seem to think that the majority of all CR fans. Please don't give me a "Holy Than Thou" attitude that the majority of Bedford fans are so much above others. Should we all pray and bow down to thee!! Get real!!!

with that last post im done. no sense in trying to argue a point youll never see. dont patronize me im just telling you how it is from a bedford perspective.

I'm done after this as well. Take your blinders off and look around. Every School has some great fans, some good fans, and some fans that shouldn't be allowed in the Gym. We have them, Bedford has them and so do the rest.
