Peyton - before you start ranting about your rights make sure you read them and know what they mean.peytonsaturday wrote:This is censorship and a violation of our freedom of speech all the way. I agree. Lock the thread, don't delete it. Like I said in my post in this thread, I don't know Mr. Salem, but have heard nothing but good things about him.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Your first amendment rights that you claim are being trampled on are applied to the US Congress and the States (i.e. government entities), not to private organizations. If you work for a private company go to your boss and find out how far your freedom of speech gets you.
As the moderators on the site have already pointed out, go start your own blog and feel free to rant all you want on the subject.

Re: Hey, what the?
Over 50 former McCort students have now come forward to allege abuse, including a female. Speculation is now that there were more cheerleaders and volleyball players affected. This is according to today's Tribune Democrap. (Where's your strong worded editorial, Eric? Wrestling season is just about over!)
It looks like there should be more McCort employees being placed on paid administrative leave any minute now.

The more things like this come out the more I say the school may need to be temporarily shutdown.

PIAA Death Penalty
Re: Hey, what the?
What about Sister Donna? She should be tarred and feathered, drug thru Johnstown and then hung downtown. There's no mention of her and she hired the bum. She should be first on the chopping block, but she still holds her job.
Re: Hey, what the?
Let me set you guys straight about the last post. Sister Donna should be HANGED, not hung. Hanged is "being hanged by the neck by a rope of some sort". Hung is what is done to a picture, as in "He hung the picture on the wall". However, if someone were to be run through by a meat hook, hoisted into the air, and left there, then the word HUNG would be proper. In the phrase "She was HUNG on a meat hook", the word "hung" is correct", not hanged. Is that clear?
Re: Hey, what the?
Semantics. Why is she still there? After all, Spanier was booted, eventually. Interesting now that the perp turns out to be an equal-gender offender.
It ain't over until it's over.
Re: Hey, what the?
Mea Maxima Culpa, is a documentary on HBO about the abuses in the Catholic Church.
It relates to this topic. Watch it. I would like to know what people think.
I am still gathering information to formulate my opinion, which I am not sure I will even share.

Again, since we are not being told ANY details of who's being accused of what, how can ANYONE form an opinion.
